DELIVERY TIMING

The preparation of your merchandise will begin within 24/48 hours from the confirmation of the payment for the order, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm Italy Time Zone.  Orders are processed & shipped within 30 business days of placing the order on our website unless otherwise noted. How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, the average time is as follows:

Europe: 1-3 business days

USA: 3-5 business days Mexico & Canada: 5-10 business days

CANADA: we ship with DDU (delivered duty unpaid) so the customers are informed that the shipping cost does NOT cover these duties.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when the goods have been delivered at the designated location in the importing country. The seller bears the risks and costs in connection with the transport to that location, with the exception of duties, taxes and other official levies payable upon import and excluding the costs for customs formalities to be fulfilled.

International: 3-10 business days

Customs, Duties, Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments recipient  may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival to the final country destination. Any additional charges are of the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information on rules & regulations

COURIER

Bianca Milano collaborates with two carriers DHL and UPS for shipping orders to customers. It is possible to track your shipment through the sites of the carrier for national and international orders. Depending on your country, international orders may be subject to procedures for customs clearance, which may cause delay in the delivery of your order. Please be aware as rules and regulations, we are required to give minimal information regarding the shipment and product information to the customs authorities, which may include opening for inspection by the customs authorities.
